  • How often do you restock?

We have a drop every first Friday of the month at 7PM est . The shop will stay open until midnight that Sunday. In each drop, we introduce around 20 new styles and have a large amount of older styles available. 

  • How long will my order take to ship?

Our shop is preorder based. What this means is it takes roughly 4-5 weeks to ship items from each months drop. This gives us time to order the right amount of supplies so no acrylic goes to waste and time to laser cut and  hand assemble each item.

If you ordered a ready to ship item at any time throughout the month, that will typically take 1-2 business days to ship out.

  • I missed a drop, when will I get a chance to order a newer style again?

We restock almost all of our styles the first Friday of every month. There are times where we will retire older/ holiday themed styles. Make sure you're following us on Instagram @shoppurplebanana  (https://www.instagram.com/shoppurplebanana/) to be up to date on our retirement lists.

  • My package was marked as delivered but I didn't receive it. What should I do?

We are no longer responsible for packages once they have been dropped off at the post office. We can't see what happens to the packages on our end, so the best thing to do would be file a claim with your local post office. If you live in an apartment building, its best to check with your neighbors or leasing office to see if it was delivered to the wrong spot.

  • What the heck is your return policy?

  • Can I get different hardware?

Yes of course! Just add to your order notes what hardware changes you would like made. If you don't know if we are able to accommodate you, shoot us an email!

  • I entered the wrong address on my order...

It happens all of the time! Just email us to let us know and we can correct this for you.

  • How does presale work?

  • I saw an item on social media that's not available on the website.. 

Make sure to check out our Bio on Instagram and countdown at the top of the website. This will give you an idea when our next drop is, which is when almost all of our styles will be available. Any styles going into retirement will be posted on our Instagram page.

  • Do you take custom orders?

Not at the time, no. Working on each drop takes up an entire month and we never have the time in-between drops for extra work. We're always open to new ideas though!

  • What are your items made of?

We use acrylic for all of our products! 3m and E6000 are used as adhesives and all posts are made of raw brass and stainless steel. If you have any allergy concerns shoot us an email!

  • "Blank" happened to my item in shipping. Can I get a refund?

All items are handmade. Please allow room for any minor imperfections as we are just human. If there are any major imperfections with your product or your product arrived damaged please send an email to hello@shoppurplebanana.com within x days of receiving your items.
